ANALYSIS OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS ON KUWAIT RING ROADS

ANALIZA PROMETNIH NESRECA NA SISTEMU CESTA-PRSTENOVA U KUVAJTU

Characteristics of road accidents on ring roads forming a major part of the national highway network, are analysed. Accidents are analysed by their hourly, daily and monthly distribution, by number of vehicles involved, by type and severity. The analysis has shown that accident rates on ring roads are fairly high although these roads are built to very high standards. (TRRL)
