THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR TRUCK DRIVERS. A CLIMATE STUDY

The working environment for truck drivers in winter and summer conditions has been surveyed as to the interior climatic conditions. The surveys have been carried out in modern trucks of different sizes meant for long-distance traffic, regional and local distribution respectively. The aim of the surveys has been to study different devices likely to improve the thermal environment in various conditions. (Author/TRRL)
