INTEGRATED DESIGN SYSTEM (IDS). FEASIBILITY STUDY REPORT
In response to a increased workload which exceeded the number of staff and a need for greater productivity generally, a team from District Project Development Division of CALTRANS was assigned to determine how current date of art EDP software and hardware might improve the Division's productivity and by how much and to make recommendaitons to CALTRANS management. In this report, the capabilities of a member of computer systems are examined and the benefits and costs to CALTRANS of their implemented are analyzed.
