MINISTERIAL ORDER OF 31 DECEMBER 1982 MADE IN IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ROYAL ORDER OF 5 NOVEMBER 1982 ON THE TRAINING CERTIFICATE FOR DRIVERS OF VEHICLES CARRYING RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS IN CISTERNS OR VESSELS

This Ministerial Order fixes the conditions for obtaining the ADR training certificate for driving transport vehicles which contain radioactive materials in cisterns and vessels. It is the first in a series of four Orders made under the 1982 Royal Order.
