ASSESSMENT OF ANNOYANCE FROM ROAD TRAFFIC NOISE

The report outlines the principles of a new method for assessment of annoyance from road traffic noise. The input parameters are measured (or calculated) values for maximum and equivalent noise levels and the percentage of heavy vehicles. The method is based on the threshold concept presented in a previous ELAB-report.
