PROMPT DETECTION AND TRACING OF OILS AND OTHER DETRIMENTAL CHEMICALS IN THE ENVIRONMENT
The establishment of relatively small environmental first- aid laboratories in the world on a regional base is suggested. These should be specialized in the administering of quick and effective aid and they should be known to those concerned. The presence alone of such laboratories could have a preventive effect. The activities of such laboratories will cover qualitative and quantitative determinations.
