ON PREDICTION OF SEPARATED BOUNDARY LAYERS WITH PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION SPECIFIED
A widely accepted method of calculating separated boundary layers makes use of the integral momentum and mechanical energy equations. It is demonstrated that direct solution of these equations with pressure distribution specified is not always feasible and a proper method of obtaining such solutions is suggested.
