The purpose of this document are: 1. To serve as the CADD <#1> Pilot Project Post Implementation Evaluation Report (PIER). 2. To serve as the Amended Feasibility Study Report (FSR) for the Statewide Implementation of CADD. a. To document adjustments, reflecting Pilot Project findings, in the CADD FSR <#2> hardware and software configurations for the proposed Statewide Implementation of CADD. b.
