MODEL COMMUNITY NOISE ORDINANCE

This paper presents an outline of a model community noise ordinance. An extensive literature survey was made to gather background material for the ordinance. One observation made from the literature survey was the apparent reluctance to utilize and incorporate rules and specifications, once developed, into another ordinance.
