CATCHING UP WITH THE BUS. A REVIEW OF PASSENGER INFORMATION- AND HOW TO IMPROVE IT
This report covers a survey of the information available to customers about bus services, and contains some recommendations to bus operators, county councils and government for improving information to the public. These recommendations relate to the production of route maps, fares leaflets, clear and easy to understand timetables, bus stop display cases, local radio news items, etc. A list of the areas and bus companies studied in the survey is appended.
