STUDY OF PRESTRESSING PROCESS IN PRETENSIONED JOISTS
ETUDE DE PROCESSUS D'ETABLISSEMENT DE LA PRECONTRAINTE DANS LES POUTRELLES A FILS ADHERENTS
BECAUSE OF THE SPECIAL MEASUREMENT METHODS ADOPTED IN THIS STUDY IT WAS POSSIBLE TO DETERMINE WITHIN THE CONCRETE ITSELF THE DIFFERENT STRESS VALUES IN THE ANCHORAGE ZONES OF PRETENSIONED MEMBERS. THE LARGE NUMBERS OF FACTORS CONSIDERED (ROUGHNESS OF THE WIRES, INITIAL TENSION, CONCRETE STRENGTH, CROSS-SECTION OF THE MEMBERS) ENABLE THE ROLE OF EACH FACTOR TO BE DETERMINED DURING THE PRESTRESSING PROCESS. DETAILS ARE GIVEN OF A METHOD FOR CALCULATING THE VARIATION IN EACH STRESS AS A FUNCTION OF THE DIFFERENT PARAMETERS INFLUENCING THE STEEL/CONCRETE BOND. IS IN FRENCH.
