COVERT Cognitive Internet of Vulnerable Road Users in Traffic Data Management Plan
This project utilizes a novel approach to investigate the direct incorporation of Vulnerable Road Users (VRUs) in the Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) architecture, bridging bidirectional communication between VRUs and connected autonomous vehicles (CAVs) and leveraging cooperative sensing for forecasting VRUs’ intent and future motion trajectories. This data management plan describes all of the data that will be collected, how it will be managed, and how it will be stored and archived.
