SOME FEATURES OF THE STRUCTURE OF CEMENT STONE INFLUENCING THE CREEP MECHANISM OF CONCRETE
The influences of the rate of hydration of cement, volume concentration, and degree of dispersion of the hydration products on the creep mechanism of concrete have been investigated. Experimental results for the specific creep of concretes hardened both under the usual conditions and steam curing atmospheric pressure conditions, as well as some results from the physico-chemical analysis of cement stone, were obtained. Based on these data, the qualitative estimation of the influence of the main structure parameters of cement stone on at least two of the most probable creep mechanisms of concrete was attempted.
