TRAINING AND EDUCATION FOR BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS PERSONNEL
This article discusses the custodial training programs implemented by the U.S. General Services Administration. It has been their experience that such programs turn out well trained, well motivated custodial workers who are performing at their peak and are an asset to GSA operations. The training programs are not only oriented toward the training of new employees, but also toward advanced training involving specialization and training at the supervisory level.
