APPLICATION OF A CATCHMENT MODEL IN SOUTHEASTERN AUSTRALIA
Some results of the application of a computer catchment model to catchments in southeastern Australia are presented and discussed. The paper also outlines problems which in the authors' experience are pertinent to model development and application. These include preparation time prior to application, the requirement for expertise in model use, inadequacies in hydrologic physics, difficulties of modelling in arid regions, and special aspects such as stream transmission looses. /Author/
