PRINCIPLES OF DIMENSIONING THE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR THE "NEW AUSTRIAN TUNNELLING METHOD"
The empirical approach is given to dimensioning recommended for use when applying the New Austrian Tunnelling Method (NATM). A brief mathematical analysis of the underlying theory is included. Greatly simplified analytic formulae are presented.
