STUDY ON BENT RIBBED PLATE MODELS

MODELIROVANIE IZGIBAEMYKH REBRISTYKH PLASTIN

Studies were conducted on two models of the characteristics of ribbed plates (with elastic links), which were isotropic and rigid. Attention is drawn to the important role played by the possible differences between the poisson's ratio of the models and that of real structures, as regards the accuracy of results. Recommendations are put forward for the efficient use of models for tests and calculations.
