AMONG THE METHODS USED TO IMPROVE CONCRETE HARDENING LOW-PRESSURE STEAM CURING IS THE MOST WIDELY USED IN THE CONCRETE INDUSTRY. A STUDY IS MADE OF THE TECHNIQUE OF STEAM CURING AND OF THE GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CURING CYCLE. THIS CYCLE ALWAYS COMPRISES 4 SUCCESSIVE STAGES: INITIAL CURING OPERATIONS, INCREASE IN TEMPERATURE, MAINTENING OF MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE, AND COOLING.
