STABILITY OF THE WEB OF A DOUBLE T BEAM SUBJECTED TO LOCALIZED STRESSES

USTOJCHIVOST' STENKI DVUTAVROVOJ BALKI POD VOZDELSTVIEN MESTNYKH NAPRYAZHENIJ

Results are presented of a computer study of the stability of a rectangular plate under the same conditions as the web of a double-t beam subjected to a concentrated load on its upper flange. The rigidity of the flanges is taken into account. Critical stress values were obtained for various beam characteristics.
