STIFFNESS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS IN COMBINED TORSION AND BENDING
Formulae are derived from which an estimate can be made of the torsional and flexural deformations of reinforced concrete beams under the combined action of bending and torsion. The stiffness in both the cracked and uncracked state have been considered. A series of twelve experiments was carried out to confirm the proposed method.
