CEMENT-STABILIZED BASES AND SUB-BASES
Details are given of a conference held at the Institution of Civil Engineers by the Concrete Society and the Institution of Highway Engineers, on the subject of cement-stabilized bases and sub-bases. Many aspects of soil stabilization were discussed covering design, performance specification, testing and material potential.
