Of 7127 cases examined in an Institute in South Wuerttemberg in the years 1966-1971, 99 cases were found with blood-alcohol concentrations of more than 3.0 per mille. From 1969 onwards, the number of annually established cases over 3.0 per mille doubled. /TRRL/
