THE SWEDISH LEGISLATION REGARDING TRAFFIC SOBRIETY OFFENCES

The author reports of Swedish legislation relating to drunken driving, and gives details of the various penalties awarded for different degrees of drunkenness. Mention is made of the role of the police and the operation of the breath test. /TRRL/
