PORTABLE MULTIPARAMETER WATER QUALITY KIT

A 11.3-kg kit has been assembled for measurement of four water quality properties on grab samples or at the surface. Provision is made to measure three parameters (dissolved oxygen, temperature, and specific conductance) in situ to depths of at least 35 m. The kits instrument package was assembled from commercial instruments for measuring temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and specific conductance; its accessory package contains extension cable, water sampler, Secchi disk, water-color set, and supplies.
