MODERN UNSTEADY FLOW ANALYSIS METHODS AND APPLICATION TO PIPELINE DESIGN ECONOMICS
The techniques out-lined have been used by Hydraulic Analysis Limited in the analysis of a large number of schemes, ranging from small systems where the pipe length is a matter of feet to large systems where the pipes run for tens or hundreds of miles. The largest network analyzed has nearly 100 pipes, 11 simultaneously changing control valves, and a complex pumping arrangement.
