COMPARISON OF WALL EFFECTS ON CAVITATING HYDROFOILS IN THREE WATER TUNNELS
A linearized theory is developed to analyze the wall effects on hydrofoils with finite cavities in three water tunnels of different type, namely, closed tunnel, free-jet tunnel and free-surface tunnel, and the mutual differences in the wall effects are examined in detail.
