AN OUT OF KILTER MODEL FOR MULTI-COMMODITY AIRCRAFT SCHEDULING
A technique for determining a least-cost schedule for a mixed fleet of aircraft is presented and exemplified by computer implementation. The technique uses two Network Flow models: a Time of Day Passenger Flow Model which specifies least-time routings for passengers from origin to destination, and an Aircraft Routing Model which then calculates the relative profitability of operation of each of the aircraft types over the network.
