THE NATIONAL AVIATION SYSTEM PLAN - TEN YEAR PLAN - 1971-1980
Orderly development of an adequate system of airways facilities and airports is essential if the demands of our rapidly growing aviation industry are to be satisfied. This, the second annual edition of the National Aviation Plan, is the Federal Aviation Administration's long-range plan for that development. It consists of the National Aviation System Policy Summary and the 1970 National Aviation System Plan, which cover the period 1971 through 1980.
