AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL NOW - AND THE COMING DECADES

This paper endeavors to examine some failings of the existing Air Traffic Control system, the problems and needs of future systems, and innovations which could provide an adequate level of air traffic control for the needs of the next several decades.
