AIRLINE EQUIPMENT PLANNING

This paper discusses the variety of planning problems now facing the airlines and deals with various new techniques and developments being designed to cope with them more effectively. The paper concludes with an item by item discussion of the nine basic equipment selection factors given most weight by airline planners.
