DOMESTIC ROUTE AUTHORITY PROGRAM

The Domestic Route Authority Program determines the existing domestic authority of U. S. carriers. It is a computerization of their Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity. The program provides complete information on the authority possessed by the carriers, not just that which they utilize.
