A DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING METHOD OF FLIGHT PATH OPTIMIZATION WITH RESPECT TO NOISE FOR VTOL AIRCRAFT
The details are outlined of the dynamic programming, the dynamic model of aircraft, and the noise model. The method of operation of the computer program is also outlined . An attempt will be made to correct the chief limitations of the program: the coarseness of the grid, both in velocity and time; and the accuracy of the noise model of the helicopter. The program will be modified to plot results in graph form, so that changes in trajectory for different noise generation configurations can be more easily perceived.
