DISINFECTING VEHICULAR TRANSPORT IN CONNECTION WITH FMD AND NEWCASTLE DISEASE (DESINFEKCHIYA AUTOTRANSPORTA PRY YASHCHURE I BOLEZNI NYUKRASLA)
Disinfection of motor vehicles and other material at sources of foot and mouth disease (FMD) can be done by wet disinfection. The application is of 2%-solution of formaldehyde. Disinfection of the running parts of vehicles, wheels, inside the body should be done with hot 2%-solutions of caustic soda or caspos, solution of bleaching powder or TTSCH with content in solution of 3% of active chlorine. The wheels of the vehicles are disinfected in barriers, filled by 3% solutions of alkali, alkaline solution of formaldehyde containing 3% of caustic soda, formaldehyde or lightened by solution of bleaching powder, containing 3% active chlorine.
