TRACKED LEVITATED RESEARCH VEHICLE PERIODIC TEST SUMMARY REPORT. PRIMARY SUSPENSION. AEROPROPELLED
The results of the first tests of the Tracked Levitated Research Vehicle (TLRV) in the guideway at the High Speed Ground Test Center (HSGTC) are presented for the Primary Suspension mode. Air supply system characteristics, cushion performance, acoustic data and vehicle dynamic response behavior are discussed. Acceleration and braking performance are discussed for the speed range from 0 to 68 mph. This document is the first of a planned series of TLRV reports contributing to the technology of tracked levitated vehicles.
