A BENEFIT-COST ANALYSIS OF A FREEWAY SYSTEM WITH RESPECT TO AN AVERAGE REAL ESTATE PROPERTY TAXPAYER IN THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE
The objective of this study was to analyze the effects of freeways with respect to property taxpayers within a municipal area. The city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was examined. The scope of the analysis was limited to quantifiable items for which data were available. A conservative approach was taken. The environmental impact of the freeway was not included in the analysis.
