The purpose of this report is to present a barrier/enabler analysis for the introduction of innovations, new business models, and digital solutions in the railway industry for more climate change-resilient infrastructures in Sweden. The report was structured by following previous literature on barriers and enablers for innovation, digital business models, and innovation procurement.
