DEVELOPMENT OF A DESIGN HANDBOOK ON STRESS-CORROSION CRACKING
Significant progress has been made in compiling the data base from which the contents of the handbook on stress corrosion cracking will be extracted. In the first effort, extensive computerized literature searches were done. A second effort to collect available information on stress corrosion cracking was undertaken by contacting in writing more than two hundred recognized specialists active in this field. Early results of these efforts are presented. (Author)
