A Systematic Approach to the Design of Logistics Solutions and a Methodology for their Evaluation in the Field of Greening Freight Transport
In the mentioned article, the authors present a systemic approach to solving the problem of transport with an important aspect and emphasis on greening. The authors present a methodology for assessing supply chains using a process approach and the application of environmental strategies in the rail transport sector, where they identify potential limitations in material, financial and information flow in detail. To facilitate this evaluation, the authors also present the possibility of a software solution that they developed as a separate methodology for the field of intermodal transport.
