Rating Concrete Water Permeability Based on Resistivity Measurements
This report presents a test method for measuring water permeability of concrete and proposes an approach for relating concrete water permeability to electrical resistivity measurements. This approach provides an expedited means for assessing concrete water permeability of concrete mixtures. The information contained in the report will be of immediate interest to state materials and construction engineers and others involved in specifying and evaluating concrete mixtures for use in highway pavements and structures.
