DEVELOPMENT, AND DEMONSTRATION RELATED TO POLLUTION

This report summarizes data obtained in a survey of Federal research, development, and demonstration activities related to environmental pollution. Data were also obtained on the substantive content of programs. The information was acquired by simultaneously querying the Defense Documentation Center, the Science Information Exchange, and the Government departments and agencies known to have programs in this area. This procedure provided a useful base of information together with some insights into the ways in which established information systems can be used. ( Author )
