STRENGTH AND DEFORMATION PROPERTIES OF PLAIN CONCRETE SUBJECT TO COMBINED STRESS, PART 2: STRENGTH IN MULTIAXIAL COMPRESSION
Results are given of an investigation into the influence of mix proportion and specimen age on the strength of concrete in triaxial compression and extension. Two relationships are given for the dependence, at failure, of the major principal stress upon the minor principal stress and the compressive strength of the concrete at atmospheric pressure. /Author/TRRL/
