Research on Cost Control in Logistics Enterprises
At present, competition among domestic logistic enterprises is fierce. If they want to endure and become more advanced, they must calculate cost accurately and control cost effectively. Based on the management characteristics of logistic enterprises, this paper brings the Activity-Based Cost (ABC) into cost control practice in order to probe a new method to reinforce cost control and raise economic benefit in the logistic enterprises.
