A New Organizational Structure Pattern of Owners Based on Multi-Project
Most projects exist as part of a multi-project environment in the Eleventh Five-Year Program of China and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, meaning that an era of multi-project management has come. This article suggests that a new organizational model suited for owners' multi-project management should be built and expressed with an organizational structure chart from the owners' perspective, with the owners at the core, and analyzes the relationship of stakeholders with game theory. It also describes the main point of the organizational structure model's implementation to ensure that the organizational structure can be implemented smoothly.
