AN APPROXIMATE SOLUTION OF A PROBLEM OF A TURBULENT BOUNDARY LAYER
The problem refers to the development of a turbulent boundary layer in an axisymmetric channel with a calculation of the interaction of the boundary layer and the center of the flow. The relationships are obtained for separation points, joining points of the layers, and other characteristics from the Reynolds number and the geometric characteristics of the channel. A simple approximate method of calculation of the boundary flow in a channel with curvilinear generatrix is proposed. (Author)
