BEHAVIOUR IN CRITICAL SITUATIONS: TRAINING. A LITERATURE STUDY
UTBILDNING FOER BETEENDE I KRITISKA SITUATIONER
The aim of the study was to make a literature survey of documents on training for improved behaviour in emergency situations. Studies about learning and training individuals to manage a critical situation are of three kinds: training in simulators, training in a "realistic" environment and theoretical education. None of the studies is validated in a real critical situation. The training in realistic environment has however proved to be relatively efficient and to have lasting effects. A theoretical analysis seems to be a necessary measure in combination with attempts to develop methods for the evaluation of actual, critical situations. (TRRL)
