MODEL PROCEDURES FOR THE PREPARATION OF PILING TENDERS

This single set of model contract procedures covers all types of foundation piling work, be they driven in-situ, bored in-situ or preformed systems of piling, thus enabling architects and engineers to have a balanced number of tenders which would meet contractural requirements. They cover the following aspects: acceptance, basis for valuation, measurement and recording of work, method of construction, disruption or suspension of work, facilities, services and property, liability, plant, noise and vibration set-off and ensuring sound concrete at cut-off level.
