AN ANALYSIS OF ACCIDENT TYPES BY ROAD CLASS FOR METROPOLITAN MELBOURNE
This report presents the results of a study of the distribution of accident types over road hierarchy classes using 1981 accident data contained in the metrodb data base. It forms part of the data and analysis being carried out for a research study into the investigation of change in accident type characteristics by road class in metropolitan Melbourne (1960-1981).
