CALIFORNIA FLEXES ITS MUSCLE AGAINST DRUNKEN DRIVERS
The U.S. Supreme Court and the California high court have recently handed down important decisions upholding the constitutionality of the state's tough drunk driving law; the law is being effectively enforced, and California's highway death toll is being reduced as a result. This article reviews significant cases which have tested the constitutionality of California's drunk driving law.
