A MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLED RECORDER FOR FATIGUE LOAD MEASUREMENTS ON BOARD OF LONG-TERM-TEST VEHICLES
This paper describes a microprocessor controlled classifying data recorder for long term test periods, which is able to substitute weighty tape recorders and the classifying procedure of the raw data at a computing centre. The recorder has been designed for operation under severe environmental conditions and does not need any attendance or maintenance by the driver. Malfunctions of the recorder and the sensors are indicated by a few lamps.
