THE ENGINEER'S POTHOLE REPAIR GUIDE
In 1981, CRREL published the Pothole Primer; A Public Administrator's Guide to Understanding and Managing the Pothole Problem (CRREL Special Report 81-21). Its purpose was to provide facts about the causes and costs of potholes in a short and easy-to-understand format. This Engineer's Pothole Repair Guide is similar in concept, but is intended for highway engineers, superintendents, and maintenance managers. (Author)
